1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the db999 platform and its users ("members" or "players"). db999 is an online gaming and betting platform operated for Bangladeshi players.

db999 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If any changes are made, we will publish a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered as the member's acceptance of those changes.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and form an inseparable part of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To enjoy gaming on db999, creating a personal account is required. The following conditions apply at the time of registration:

• Each person may open only one account. If a single person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the deposited funds may be forfeited.
• All information provided during registration must be completely true and accurate.
• Members of the same household may open separate accounts, however operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is subject to verification.
• db999 may at any time request documents necessary for identity verification. If inconsistencies are found in the provided information, the account may be temporarily suspended.
• Opening or operating an account in another person's name is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met to participate on db999:

3.1 Age Limit

For persons aged 21 and above only. No person under the age of 21 may open an account, play games, or place bets on db999. db999 may at any time request a national identity card or equivalent document for age verification. Attempting to open an account using a minor's information is legally punishable.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The db999 platform is primarily operated for Bangladeshi players. It is the member's own responsibility to confirm that using online gaming and betting services from their location is lawful.

3.3 Mental Capacity

Members must be aware of their own capacity. Persons undergoing treatment for gaming addiction are requested to refrain from using this platform.

4. Account Security

db999 uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the security of members' accounts. However, members also have their own responsibilities:

• Login credentials (username and password) must be kept completely confidential and must not be shared with anyone else.
• If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, you must immediately change your password via db999 Login and notify the support team.

• The member bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from granting account access to a third party.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on db999 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

• Deposit transactions are generally reflected in the account instantly.
• Accurate amounts and details must be provided at the time of deposit. The member bears responsibility for any complications arising from incorrect information.
• Funds deposited into an account may only be used by the registered account owner.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• db999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned from bonuses (see section 6 for details).
• For withdrawals of large amounts, db999 may choose to pay in instalments.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To become eligible for withdrawal after claiming a bonus, betting 10 times the bonus amount is required. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: Receive a ৳1,500 bonus and place a total of ৳15,000 in bets to make winnings from that bonus withdrawable.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may have a specific validity period, and expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses are for genuine gaming purposes only — attempting to meet bonus requirements through low-risk betting strategies may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• db999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

7. Gaming Rules

All games on db999 are operated under fair play principles. Compliance with the following gaming rules is mandatory:

• db999 reserves the right to void the relevant round in the event of any technical error during a gaming session.
• Exploiting any error in the game software is prohibited. Any amount won under such circumstances will be considered void.
• For sports betting, no bets will be accepted after the betting market has closed.
• db999 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db999 platform and a violation may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud and Deception: Opening an account or attempting to earn bonuses by providing false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to legitimise illegal funds.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, auto-play scripts, or any other automated system.
• Collusion: Attempting to deceive the system by coordinating with multiple members.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusing other members or staff via live chat or any other means.
• Data Theft: Attempting to collect another member's personal information or login details.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 db999's Rights

db999 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a member's account in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of any provision of these Terms is suspected.
• If false information or inconsistencies are found in the provided details.
• If evidence of an age limit violation is found.
• If evidence of fraud or deceptive activity is found.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Member's Rights

A member may close their account at any time. In this case, the balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) will be withdrawable. Contact [email protected] to request account closure.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Service disruptions due to natural disasters, cyber attacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
